You could try doing single arm landmind presses like picture in link below. Not the same but similar idea.

Bazinga. There's probably 1 day out of every week that I actually feel really good going into the gym. A couple of those other days I feel like crap and actually lift well, but that's kind of the point. You've just got to know which kind of crap you feel like and adjust accordingly.
