Re: Sharknado

Some decent lifting today, gents.

Things are all patched up with my gym. I didnt sleep much last night because I slept and relaxed so much on sat/sun.

So I spent quite a bit of this afternoon napping. Was fairly groggy after stopping by gym while running errands downtown.

Slowly I woke up. Doing mobility, inversion, animal walks. Bull****ting with lifters.

Eventually BS x 3 to 150 barefoot. I think my ankles need it that way. Missed rep 3.

Right elbow is not fully extending though. Press, pulling work seemed fine once CNS was ready but still DOMS in elbows. Shoulders cleared up. I figure it was the BFK pu
Plus those 45x135 DL tap and go.

Was gonna do pull and press work tomorrow but dunno. There might be some spare shoes around. Need to get some socks.

In other news, the redhead yoga cf lifter willbe in tomorrow and competing at my buddys cf gym competition this sat.

Our gym is also having a black and white fundraiser with bingo and booze thus sat.

My plan is either 2 long islands before or 3 shots when i walk in the door so i dobt get bored within 15 min

Re: Sharknado

Yesterday was press. I feel like I'm making no progress in that lift at all. Last set was 140# 3+, got +4 Wanted more but just couldnt lock it out. Ill see how next week goes before I begin to be frustrated. It is going to take much work to hit that 225 goal. Also did kb snatch, ring chin ups, and barbell rows for assistance.

Where is all this fun located in the nutrition forum? Had my temp tell me that my peanut butter is the same as a McDonald's fry. I schooled him on the quality of calories. He crosses my self proclaimed wisdom again ill send him packing back to the agency

Re: Sharknado

It's really only "fun" for Bill, Brad and maybe Darryl at this point, until one of them decides to get serious.

-->

Bill is setting up the guy that cherry picks from PubMed, and the other two guys that have hard ons for Peter Attia - all of whom care more about seeing teh abz than actually performing well in life.

Re: Sharknado

Neuroscience test today. Threw a wrench in the works to stoke more debate.
