Re: Sharknado

Yeah, I thought to myself that if my arm had gotten injured when the door closed on it, I would have enjoyed severely beating that light rail driver good.

Right now some bum or someone in the ghetoo is either wearing some shoes that totally don't match or sold them at the flea market for like $10.

Lsd? Sounds trippy.

Blair that sucks about your gear. Although in 6 months or so you will pass a bum wearing your shoes and straps and you will have a chuckle.

Wedding was ok. Outdoor at a park and relclaimed barn so the alcohol choices were bud, yuengling light, or red or white wine. Food was good though. Gotta do the wife's struts today.

Re: Sharknado

Carbs, steroids.

Shredded wheat and 2 eggo waffles, no syrup. I destroyed those guacamole chips last night and a small bag of hersheys kisses without regret.

181 and just about to go lose some more weight...

It rained last night so I think some pullups, dips and pistols willbe in order

LSD = long, slow distance. Also known as LISS (low-intensity, steady-state).

Re: Sharknado

Nik,
I hope you're doing well. Let us know how the surgery went when you're back on the web again.

It's easy to ref, you don't need to do much other than just tell them what to do and what not to do.

Also, I benched today, and got a PR. 209lbs at about 175lbs BW (WFS) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xa3dFVLT1Ys
