:crutch00:HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!!As much as I want to do this WOD I have to lay off on my running for awhile so my achilles can heal...any suggestions on replacing my runs or should I replace the entire WOD?

you could sub rowing. it would give you a real spinal erector workout, coupled with the DLs.

subbing OHS or push-presses would be interesting....
