Assistance bands for my little sister

So, I got 2 purple assistance bands and I had my sister try both of them. It didn't work. She couldn't get her chin up over the bar and the whole thing is very stressful with her crying and me getting yelled at.

Why didn't it work? Is it not enough assistance? Is it too much assistance?

Perhaps you could switch it around. You cry and she yells at the bar.

she used both bands at the same time? she should have flown past that bar like a pebble through a slingshot.

That's what I thought would've happened too, but she couldn't budge. Should I use the red ones?

Hamze, I don't think you should be instructing a 45lb little girl or anyone on fitness. Especially if she doesn't want to do it or is crying. Get yourself straight first.

How straight? 10 pullups? 15 pullups?
