Ok, but for the record, it's supposed to be 500m rows!

I'm glad you guys are liking it. I feel sorry for the guys at Crossfit Atlanta...having to do that workout in the Georgia humidity...jeesh! Good work!

Mike, not sure if that was aimed at me but my best 500m is sub 1:30 and I generally take about 46 - 48 strokes to do it so I think I was over if anything.

Anyways, will enjoy wearing the ol' jacket o' pain tomorrow.

Should have waited a couple more days after painstorm. All 500 m rows were 2:10 plus. Time 22:50
Will try again for sub 20:00, butnot today.

jeff, with rows like that you were seriously smoking on the push-presses. Impressive my friend.

Cheers, kempie

This sounds like one I can do well on, so I'll give it a shot sometime soon.

That was a rush Mr. Latch, thanks. I had to lie down for a minute before rolling into the pool when I finished; thought I'd get disoriented and drown...

47y/o; BW198#. Total time 23:11
Push Press x100 (75#Bar)
500m row (2:01)
Push Press x75
500m row (2:06)
Push Press x50
500m row (2:07)
Push Press x25
500m row (2:05)

Like to try that on a cool morning.

That sucked. 28 y/o, BW 232.

26:56.

But I used 80# for the Push press(extra 1250# over the course of the workout!, I did the math to make myself feel better). I couldn't find the 75# barbell, I saw it earlier today, but it was nowhere to be found tonight. Also, this was done a few hours after the 135# PP/PU WOD. BAD IDEA. Jacket of Pain indeed!

Rows: 145.7, 151.6, 1:59.?, 1:56.9.(damper on 7)
PP:
100(30,20,15,15,20);
75(15,15,15,10,10,10);
50(15,11,12,12);
25(13,12).

Kempie,
I can pull 1:30, but after 100 push presses it was a different story. Just sayin. Also, looking at the CF-ATL website, they did 400m rows, maybe that was directed at the ATL boys.

I'm also gonna give this another go, on a day when I haven't already done push presses.

I stand corrected. My Jacket-of-Pain arrived day 2 after this workout was completed. I am still pretty sore.
