Deadlift 225lbs, I did 205lbs

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10

Overhead Squat 135lbs, I did 115lbs


I finished at 25:50, it was tough. I should have just done RX and took my time.

finsihed at 15:36. Had to break my last 2 sets up. First time running in two months since its been freezing

15 box jumps (24'')
12 push press 115 lbs
9 toes to bar

Did 6 rounds plus 8 box jumps. Had to split up the push press into sets of 4

100 hand release push ups
100 jumping, heals tapping, squats
100 v ups
100 burpees

Finished at 26:45

Finished first to rounds in under 10 minutes. V ups took awhile as did burpees, did last 40 burpees unbroken though

6 70lb kettle bell swings
9 hand release push ups


Did 11 rounds +3


Was pretty tough, think it was the first time i used the 70lb kettle bell

150 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
90 Double-unders
30 Muscle-ups


242 rounds, only 2 muscle ups, finished 150 wallballs at 9:15
