CrossFit QC looking to hire Level 1 coach
CrossFit QC in Charlotte, NC is looking to hire 2 new coaches to fill a part-time coaching position. Experience is definitely a plus. We are seeking someone flexible, motivated, and able to teach all levels from beginner to advanced athletes. We are also looking for someone who is calm and focused, a multitasker (as our class sizes are fairly large), and someone willing to pitch in with the cleaning of the gym, bathrooms, and office space.
CrossFit QC has been in business for a little over a year and is owned and operated by Amelia Guinazu who has nine years in the business as coach and athlete. I welcome and expect ideas and feedback from my coaches as the gym is growing and is constantly changing. This is definitely a team environment. Our facility is 5300 sq. ft. with all rogue competition equipment. We have a beginners class as well as training programs that begin the first of the year for CF Games prep.
I am looking for two highly motivated and energetic individuals that are not easily thrown off guard, are not afraid to get their hands dirty, and are eager to help out any and all athletes no matter what their fitness level.
