Clicking Spine

Okay, so about a week ago I developed a clicking in my lower spine when doing sit-ups on a Bosu. I took it easy for a couple of days, but when I went back to normal sit-ups (on a mat on the floor) Iím still getting the same clicking. Now it has left me with a pain between my two vertebrate and Iím worried about doing anything else that might aggravate or worsen the issue.

Any ideas?

Re: Clicking Spine

See an orthopedic doc!

And don't do situps. They're not that useful. Do L-sits or something else that's harder.
