Favorite non-weight "vacation" workouts?

Next week I'll be counselling a Christian camp in the boonies of Southeast Ohio. No weights.

I'll be taking with me - a jump rope, weighted vest, ankle weights, stop watch, and agility ladders.

I was hoping a few people might be willing to post their favorite non-weight workouts on here so I could give them all a try next week while I am missing the actual WOD's.

Here is the one I've got:
(was in the comments page a few days ago)

3 rds for time:
- 50 jump ropes
- 5 pull ups
- 25 crunches
- 400m sprint
- 10 burpees
- 10 v-ups

The beauty of crossfit is the variations. There are so many different things to do, I realize I could put together 100 workouts. I am just looking for some favorites.

Thanks!

- Chad

150 burpees for time.

Actually I can rarely convince myself to do this when in vacation mode...

....150 burpees does not sound fun, period.

Yikes.

I'm an idiot.

I go for it!

I was planning on doing plenty of sprints, I might try to keep up with Crossfitendurance.com while I'm there.

Thanks thus far!

Re: Favorite non-weight "vacation" workouts?

I like creative tabata workouts: Short and intense. Usually can make do w/o equipment.

-Tabata Something Else with pullups (pole, bar, tree limb???), pushups, situps, squats.
-Tabata sprints (though harder to stop/slowdown)
-Tabata in a pool or lake (run in place in deep end just beyond where you can touch. Over the 20 second interval, I slowly make my way up to where I can "touch" for the 10 second rest, then push back.
-Tabata log/rock throws (from one pile to another).

Any mix of reps and rounds involving:
pullups
burpees

No better mix of bodyweight pukers out there

Clean and Press anything heavy: sandbag, rock, log, child.
150 for time.
