Metcond effect of "The Bear" vs other workouts.

So the g/f and I are looking for a workout of vomit inducing metcond goodness today. I've previously enjoyed (if you want to call it that) "Fight Gone Bad" and Mark Twights "Regurgitator" on a few occasions. I'm thinking of taking a spin at the "Fight Gone Worse" posted on these boards.

I've never done The Bear Complex though, and was wondering how the Metcond effect of it compares to the other workouts. I'm sure there is some aerobic/anaerobic effect from it, but will it produce the "Dear god I can't breath....I'm gonna boot!" effect we're looking for?

Strictly speaking, the CF version of the Bear is not "for time" . . . so it won't have that pukie-inducing element.

You're always free to bring that element in, though . . . you may have to reduce the load a bit.
