135 pound Clean and jerk, 2 reps
15 foot Rope climb, 1 ascent (8 towel subs)

Pack
4 rounds for time of:
27 Box jumps, 20” box
20 Burpees
11 Squat cleans, 95 pounds (I messed up and did squat clean thrusters)

Time - 33:20

Quad killer! Burpees and cleans really slowed me down.

Shoulders were shot on the HSDPUs. Actually, I felt weak through the whole workout.

Pack:
Five rounds for time of:
95-115 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
95-115 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
95-115 pound Push jerk, 6 reps

Time - 17:36

Probably couldn't have gone too much further. Forearms and hands were getting very weak. Glad I finished though. Good cardio too!

flat bench
incline bench
decline bench
+ 15 sit-ups in between each set (180 total)

Workout at home on machine.

Can't find my sheet, but I think I did 3m on the treadmill in just under 34:00.



Friday 03/23-Monday 03/26/12
No workout - recovering from cath.


Tuesday 03/27/12 WOD

3 mile for time - 32:00+

Wednesday 03/28/12 Self RXd Rest Day
tricep extremely sore as well as hip.

Thursday 03/29/12 WOD
3 mile for time - Around 33:00 I think
tricep and hip still sore.

Friday 03/30/12 Self RXd WOD
Resting tricep and hip. No reason for tricep to be sore.

Saturday 03/31/12 WOD

100 burpee pull-ups for time

Time - 29:51 (previous time on 12/07/11 was 26:25)

Tricep still sore, so I decided to push it to see if it was just being sore or actually injured; I made the workout. Killer though, very taxing on my cardio. Really disappointed in my extended time.
