wondering if you've ever seen this before...

I think I successfully attached a picture of my eye. A few hours after participating in a Barbell for Boobs event, my wife observed my eye. The best conclusion I can come up with is a busted capillary...I talked to several doctor types and a good friend of mine who is an optometrist. None seemed worried. The workout was grace and I went very hard and almost cut my time in half, my question is whether or not you have seen or heard of this from this type of workout? anyway...enjoy the's kind of gross.

I've gotten something similar but it was from a time that a had a bad stomach bug and spent quite a bit of time puking my guts out. Same premise though, a lot of straining.

I've done that once or twice before during a Max Effort Deadlift/Squat. I think the straining does it.

Never seen it as a result of a metcon, but I have done it myself on heavy squat days.

No big deal - it will go away in a couple days.
