********?

Anyone using it and what are your thoughts? I own an Affiliate. We carry a few supplements like Progenex, Stronger Faster Healthier and Pure Pharma. There are a couple Affiliates around town that sell ******** in their gym. I've never been a fan of ******** but I don't have anything to base that off of. Last night one of my buddies tried to pitch it to me. I've always turns people down in the past that pitched it to me. So just wondering if anyone here has experience with it and if it's a good product?

Re: ********?

Why is it that everywhere I wrote ******** it now has ********? The forum doesn't do that for other brands like Progenex, Kill Cliff, AtLarge Nutrition, etc.

Re: ********?

Can you put a space in there somewhere so it doesn't censor it?

Re: ********?

I presume that the word was A D V O C A R E . My guess is that the word is censored due to that company's marketing model, which it does not have in common with the other companies that have been mentioned.

Re: ********?

Guessing it's either of the two that come from this combination Adva-Life, and they're likely blocked due to MLM models of business.

Even if some of the products are good (potentially), they're way overpriced compared to other stuff on the market that is just as good or better to pad the pockets of distributors and upstreams.

Re: ********?

Yea, I was referring to A D V O C A R E.

Rich Froning is now endorsing it. Which I was told that he has to of used the product for at least a year before he can endorse it. I was also told he doesn't get paid to endorse. He only gets free product. Not sure if that's true.

Re: ********?

If he doesn't get paid for an endorsement then he is doing it wrong. Also, I would never give the time of day to any MLM company, even if their products are decent it is a sketchy business model and there are plenty of respectful companies out there.

Re: ********?

It's overpriced crap that, like any MLM scheme that carries get-rich-quick promises, requires you to continually recruit new "distributors" in order to keep the company afloat since almost none of the sales occur to people outside the company. It's great as long as you're cool with alienating all your friends and family by badgering them to come to "mixers" where they'll get a recruitment pitch that's on par with what you'd see from overly aggressive timeshare salesmen....and as long as they're fine with paying a 40% markup on mediocre supplements so that extra money can go right into your pocket.

Check out Bill Ackman's 300+ slide takedown of Herbalife from two years ago or this summary here (both WFS). Herbalife's business model is a thinly veiled pyramid scheme and essentially identical to what you'll see at Advo. or at Nerium, Amway, Mona Vie, etc...they just haven't attracted the same level of scrutiny as Herbalife because they're not public companies.

We offered it for awhile at my old affiliate and a bunch of us got wrapped up in it before we fully realized how the business model worked and how destructive it could be. My simple advice--stay FAR away from it.
