gain weight

hi, the most comon threads are about loosing weight, but as an ectormorf, i want to muscle up. gain weight...

i train crossfit since august 2012 and i really had some physical changes, went to a nutritionist who gave me a special diet. also i use whey protein as suplement.

my question is about two things: nutrition and wods

nutrition) is there an special kind of diet which someone could suggest me to follow? i am 6´0" tall and my weight is 143lb

wods) any of you have done an everyday rutine for this purpose? that would help me a lot!

Nutrition at 6'0" 143? Eat everything in sight.

Workout? Lift progressively heavier stuff 3-4 times a week, following a good program (Starting Strength, GSLP, CrossFit Football, many others), hold conditioning work to only 2-3 times a week.

Eat like a monster. Literally.

Lift heavy. Do GSLP or SS.

Then eat more.

primarily WFS

That ectomorf stuff is nonsense. That's code for "I eat like a bird". Especially at your weight.
You will probably feel uncomfortable eating to begin with. But it will change.

If so inclined, you could also follow the training too. Get strong, big and fast.
crossfitfootball.com WFS (comments and odd f-bomb may not be).

Don't let the football fool you. It's just run by an ex-NFL player. It's good stuff. Much more interesting than a straight "strength" program.

Don't waste your time on WOD's and Crossfit in general if you want to make some gains. You might want to look at westside or 5x5 and a good high calorie high carb/ protein meal plan and avoid the paleo junk.
