I am 6'2 210lb and I've found that unless I take at least 5mg+ it does not really work for me. So just keep that in mind when the bottle recommends like 1mg or whatever.

Just swapped over from C4 to the "new" MP Assault since it was the only thing I could find here at the deployed location. I heard the new assault was better, and so far it seems to be a tad more potent than the C4 was.

Hey everyone,

Been a while since my last post!

I haven't used any supplement (besides whey protein) in a long period of time. Anyway, for Christmas, I received a few gift cards for nutrition stores and wanted to try something else besides whey. I looked around for some newer pre-workout energy drinks (I've always used 12 oz of OJ and a banana as a PWO drink); long story short, I ended up purchasing a tub of "The Curse" by Cobra Labs.

Has anyone tried this before? Liked? Disliked?
