3x10 min AMRAP: 1 point awarded for each finished exercise
A team WOD:You cant start 1 exercise until the person in front has finished it, no over taking

Row 200m
10 burpees
15 KB Swings 24kg/53lbs
20 Wall balls 9kg/20lbs
25 Jumping Lunges

R1- 9 Points
R2 - 10 Points
R3 - 8 Rounds

Quiet a hard WOD, managed to fly through the first 3 exercises unbroken all rounds but the wall balls killed all that work and then the lunges totally smoked the quads.

Wider grip is starting to pay off, not hitting bone but just need to get used to being in that position and really get back on the pull.....'continuos improvement'
Didnt have time to squat this morning, was planning on going this afternoon but got bog'd down with work. Need to do another oly session tomorrow and squat.

Team WOD (well it was meant to be done it teams of 3 or more, however there wasnt enough people so i was in a team of 2)

40m 100kg famers walk
sprint 30m
load/unload 100kg/225lbs of plates from/to a 60" height
15 kb Swings @ 32kg/70lb

Team time: 20:03

5x2 (High bar back squat) 125,130,130,130,130

Early session today, hope to get an oly lifting session in later as i have a max day saturday and want to get some technique work done.

WOD
20 Min AMRAP:
400m run (roughly 400m i think, we run around the block)
21 KB Swings @ 24kg/53lb
12 Pull ups
2min mandatory rest

4 Rounds (17:59)
Managed to go unbroken on all KB swings but last 2 rounds pull ups where done 8 and 4, managed to mantain 3 mins/round just went faster on the runs on last 2 rounds as i knew i would have to dropped off the bar (before 2 min rest)

5/6/13 - Had a long day at work and was really tired after it, so decided to listen to my body and take a rest day - probably didnt deserve it but will make up for it.

Hang Power Clean 70kg/155lbs - everytime the bar touched the floor = 1 block run (400m)
Burpee bar jumps (strictly 2 footed)

19:03 Had 2 block runs 1st and 2nd sets and 1 on last set - not a good WOD this morning

Mill Press 5x5@55kg - Actually starting to see improvement in these, 55kg was getting to a point that was relatively easy - got max snatch and c&j saturday though so wanted to keep fresh(ish)

Max snatch and c&j
Snatch 80kg
C&J 110kg

A pr in snatch from floor, equalled pr in c&j. Had a heavy week of training, legs are feeling done in completely. Next time i plan on doing maxes i will have a ligther week and take a couple of days off before.

Front Squat (build up to a 3rm): 100kgx3,110kgx3,115kgx3,120kgx3 PR,125kgx2!! Gutted to have missed the 125kg, got half way up on the 3rd and hit 'the point' nearly passed out tying to get it, but came away with a 120kg/262lb which is a PR!

3 thrusters @ 60kg/133lbs
5 CTB Pull ups
10 Burpee bar jumps

5rnds + 9 burpees 1 ****in burpee away from 6 rounds...its a day for near misses!!

Snatch: Was mucking about with snatch technique, was feeling good so decided to try a max, ended up with a new PR 85kg!!

Was getting some coaching aswell from a new coach so was good to get some more advice.
