Another Workout Log

I think this is my third workout log on here, but I can't find the others so I'm just going to start a new one. Decided to get back into CrossFit after being super inspired by this years Games.

July 16th

AM

3 mile run/walk

Didn't go hard here, just getting back into some conditioning. No particular pattern to the run - walk ratios. Got very wet in the rain.

PM

Clean

40kg x 3
40kg x 3
50kg x 2
60kg x 1
70kg x 1
80kg x 1
90kg x 1
95kg x 1
100kg x 1
105kg x 1 (PR)
110kg x miss

Could have got the 110kg on another attempt, but I was a little pushed for time so didn't go further.

Pointers are jumping forward, which is a result of initiating the second pull to early.

Front Squat

60kg x 3
90kg x 3
110kg x 3
120kg x 1

Just putting some heavier loading on the FS.

Shoulder Press

Bar x 5
30kg x 5
40kg x 5 x 5

5x5 shoulder press will be a weekly staple. Wasn't that challenging, but will only go up 2.5kg per week so to prolong the progression.

Pull Ups w/ green band

My weakest point in the pull up is from halfway up to getting the chin over. Band assisted pull ups will help with this.

180kg x miss

Back Extensions

Overall poor session today for me, will rest and recover tomorrow.
