Muscle ups and wrist ripping

What's the best way to do multiple muscle ups without ripping up the skin on the edge of your wrists (or at least the best way to minimize the rippage)? I use loads of chalk. But my wrists are still always toast after 10-15 reps in a single session. For at least a week after a muscle up workout, it looks like I have leprosy from the Nuskin slathered on my wrists.

Sorry if this has been discussed before, but I couldn't find info on this through a search.

Re: Muscle ups and wrist ripping

I learned this at the cert - if you are doing more than 3 in a set for any reason, probably a good idea to tape your wrists.

Has saved me since then.

Re: Muscle ups and wrist ripping

Eventually the skin will toughen up and it won't happen any more.
