Last day at CFRL...

As this CF is 90% Police, I got to see the Collier County Swat put thru their paces by Anthony and Bob before my workout...



50 Pushups, 400M Run, 50 Pushups, 400M Run, 50 Pushups.... TIME: 14:45

This has been a Bicep/Tricep week for me... will be glad to give them a break as there is no CF Affiliate in Tampa near where I"m headed tomorrow.

Today Ben and I worked out in the hotel- okay insert dirty joke here-

10 Rounds
10 Burpees
10 Situps
Time: @20 min

I wanted to stop after 5 but Ben made me do all 10 and then I kicked his butt so I was happy with that!

Now we are going to start drinking

Max snatch=90
Max clean&jerk=125*PR

I am so happy about hitting 125 for the clean and jerk! It took a few attempts but I really foucsed on the last try and nailed it. Definitely need to work on form in both movements, especialy the snatch and split jerk. Thanks to "Sock" Matt for a little coaching. I am treating tree movements like I did my deadlift when I first started and I'm going to try to just increase and improve incrementally. See you Monday!

Friday: Had to attend an exciting work dance so I worked out on my own.
Now I HATE running. I would rather walk on glass then run. But I ran on Friday and I was so proud of myself. Before crossfit I would run for 30 secs and have to stop. This time I ran for almost an entire mile without even stopping! woo hoo!!! I didn't keep time or anything, I was just pumped that I was doing it!

Have not posted in a few, school is taking up way to much time, and the few minutes I can spare, I wrestle with Fiona, more like play Dora or Little Einstiens.
this week:

monday? Angie 19:50
tues? press, push press, jerk press, top# p160, pp 190x3,jp 205x3
thurs. at the "Y" 50 floors w/ 50# vest, 15 floor sprint no vest, total time 19:58
fri, 150 wall balls 7:28, 3rd down in the hand stand challenge, so 35 burpees(MISERABLE)
SAT OFF
Today 4 x 5 of "The Bear complex" w/ 135# Eliptical 5 minutes row 500m.
