1. Conditioning
35 min amrap - 5 rounds of
min 1 - 15 cal row
min 2 - 15 goblet squats (24kg KB)
min 3 - 15 burpees
min 4 - 15 cal assault bike
min 5 - 20 situps
min 6 - 30 double unders
min 7 - rest

Note - subbed down to 10 burpees on last 2 rounds.


Completed.

Horrible.

Had Friday off getting ready for my little girls party on Saturday.

1. Conditioning
Crossfit Open 18.1
AMRAP 20:
8 Toes to Bar
10 Dumbbell Hang Clean and Jerks (50/35)
14/12 Calorie Row


10 rounds + 1 T2B (321 reps)


Very happy with this result. Found a pace and then pretty much stuck to it with no real slowing down

T2B - 4/1/1/1/1 for pretty much every round. The singles were quick without taking my hands off the bar.
DB C&J - Unbroken. These were fine. Started to get a bit spicy on the left arm near the end but fine.
Row - 1100-1150 pace. Last round at 1550 pace to beat the 10 rounds.

Stoked.
