Erin, yes I think tracking your progress is very important! it is being 2 years and I am still hitting PRs, and my gas tank is getting bigger with time, not as fast as elite Crossfiters but my gas tank is getting bigger some how. the only thing that I didn't keep track is my first 3 or 4 months becuase I didn't know any better but then at the end of 09 time frame I consistently started tracking and staying with the program, I started with the main site WODs then a year later change my programing to my affiliate here in Columbia, SC Carolina Crossfit and BANG! this affiliate programing goes with everything that I am weak at, OLY Lifting! which I love it because I am getting stronger, faster more flexible, ect.. Love it! my eating is either paleo combine with the zone and some junk food on Sundays.

Jun 03, 2010 8 mins 53 secs | Rx'd- did it again a week after on Jun 03 2010Main site WOD, (PR last year in 2010)

May 27, 2011 3 mins 59 secs | Rx'd (today almost a year after, PR again!, this time what a Difference!) This Crossfit thing is Crazy! My Gas tank is getting bigger and bigger! Bring it!

Santi, how fast did you do Annie yesterday?

Cause I'm pretty sure it was the fastest time in the gym. Link to the video too!

HAHA! 4:47 with 10 extra sit ups in the first round.
