How to Start Parkour: A Beginnerís Guide

I wrote up a comprehensive, new blog post to help beginners get started in parkour. I think CrossFit athletes can benefit a lot from the complex and useful skills found in parkour. Take a look and if you think it's good, please share it with your friends who might want to try parkour.
