Proper equipment and knots for extending rings.

My box has about 25' ceilings with plenty of I beams to hang equipment from. We've got rings rigged up with some heavy duty towing rope (ends clip together) as extensions but i'd like learn the proper procedure for rigging up rings from high ceilings. I couldn't find this information on the search engine or journal back issues.

If anyone could point me in the right direction i would appreciate it greatly.
