i dont have a Fran time yet but did today's mainsite WOD in (9:49). For the people who have Fran times how did this compare? Faster or Slower? thanks, mike

This WOD should be slower than Fran.

I was going to ask the same thing; first time for me doing a workout RX; and have never done any named WOD.

if you look on thursday on the main page at the bottom there is a coments section with posted times. I saw any thing from under 4 min to 14 min.

Re: 45 Thrusters - 45 Pull Ups

Definitely slower.

It's hard to quantify the exact ratio for me - the last time I did Fran was a PR (5:07) but it was three years ago - did this one in 8:14 - but took about 2 years since my PR in which I did almost exclusively bodyweight stuff and swimming, just getting back into weighted workouts.

I'd guess a 4:3 ratio may be a decent rule of thumb, but haven't tested my Fran to know for sure.
