well, even though this movie was mainly for showing how crossfit has made me improve all around in my performances, I do have a question...I feel like my power clean and my front squat aren't bad but still need some work...I feel I could bump up the weight if I could better my technique. If anyone could help I would appreciate it. If you feel this video isn't suitable for this forum please let me know and I'll take it off. thank you

I agree with Brad. It's a cool video, but if you don't have a specific video of an exercise with which you need coaching advice, maybe you should move it to the "Workout Journal" forum.

I really like the back-flip push-up exercise. That's hardcore.

Olá Tiago ! Treino 5 a 6 x por semana...geralmente faço um exercicio para força (5x5; 3x3 ; 5/3/1...etc) e depois um WOD

Boa estratégia. Eu tenho vindo a modificar os meus treinos, antes fazia mais treino de musculação, tenho vindo a introduzir os levantamentos olimpicos, snatch e c&j, fartei-me um bocado do treino tipo "culturista", muito monótono e pouco desafiante.
Não treino tantas vezes como gostava, mas vai dando, cerca de 2 a 3 vezes por semana.
