CF Olympic Lift Certifications

Multiple AUP violations, including not qualifying link, personal attack on board member, dealing with other board's politics and discussions, and grinding personal axes.

Re: CF Olympic Lift Certifications

I am not as well acquainted with the stuff Mark Rippetoe is talking about, but I can certainly say that Greg Everett is a good coach. His book and cert go over a lot in a very nice, organized fashion and should be quite helpful to anyone learning the lifts (most CF's I'm positive would benefit). For more advanced lifters, the coaching experience Rip is talking about would surely be of great use, but advanced lifters should be training with a coach on hand, be it Greg Everett, Mike Burgener, John Thrush, or whomever.
