Question What do you have in you MMA Home Gym?

I am wondering what you have in your home gym for MMA training? I currently have a heavy bag and am going to get a speed bag but I am not sure what else to get. What do you have?

A Mirror

From what I have been told, spend a lot of time shadow boxing in the mirror.

I have a 100# heavy bag and a "wrecking ball" type heavy bag. I have three tires mounted on a 4X4 post. One tire is about knee height, another about hip height and the top one is about shoulder. Use those for kicking practice. I have a bunch of other stuff but this is all that is for MMA/fighting only. No mirrors yet...

I need wrestling mats....But heavy bag and gloves. I also use a seabag filled with sand for ground and pound and shouldering drills to mimic a person.

Double end bag. Great for timing, quickness, head movement etc... and invest in a good pair of mitts if u have someone to hold them.

Re: What do you have in you MMA Home Gym?

Jump Rope
Medicine Ball - no less than 12lbs
100lb heavy bag-to be used for lifting and simulating throws and mounted position ground and pound
focus mits - if you have somebody to hold em...
tire - huge tire - for lifting/rolling with squats and for jumps
mats - for ground work
and 1-3 loyal training partners who don't mind getting their noses broken, ribs cracked, and arms and knees damaged to help you become the best

hope if you are going to start fighting you get yourself hooked up with a good mma gym though....

good luck!
