"Combine pilates, ballet, bootcamp and vintage aerobic moves for one great workout"

Seriously, check out all the classes they have on offer, it's hilarious.

"Fitness Tip #1
Experts say that if you kiss your biceps in between sets, they will feel inspired and work harder. Don’t kiss other people’s biceps, though. Not cute."

Seriously, WTF?

"To avoid gimmicky classes with no physical benefit, Cotton said to look for classes that combine moves that build strength, improve flexibility and increase the heart rate for at least 20 minutes."

You have got to be kidding me. I almost fell out of the chair with that one. A couple of weeks ago I was trying to ignore the pain from quarter sized bleeding holes in my feet as I tried the half-marathon distance row, and saw a class for strip-teasing as a workout...yeah, that's what to do to get to put on a bikini and swing on the pole parallel to the ground for a while....

...I'd need a trainer to help me figure out something useful to do with those iiiiitty bitty dumbells.
Maybe you could improve your HSPU balance by having a trainer throw a couple of em' at you mid-set.
