Thanks for pullin it back it was going down quick.

Not sure. I have a conservative goal and a very ambitious goal.

Goin for 3 reps. Any guesses?

Very close. I was thinking 390 on the low end and 405 on the high. We'll see.

If I'm within a few pounds of adding an extra wheel I usually go for it. It just looks cooler.

Although I've never done that before either without knee wraps. So silver lining I guess?
