Re: The Stuff Your Face Support Thread

Alright so I went out to eat tonight. Let me know how I did:

1 bottle Michelob Amber Bock.
6 traditional wings (not hot enough)
decent sized salad with italian dressing
8 oz steak (not big enough)
large sweet potato with marshmallow and cinnamon (probably 12-14 oz)
and a nutter butter desert thing (not very big at all).

I still had a lot of room left in the tank, but for 15 bucks not bad?

Re: The Stuff Your Face Support Thread

So today is day 5. Tomorrow I plan on a quick early morning morning deadlift workout....Then its our traditional keg race. 16 of my college buddies and I break into 2 teams of 8. First one done wins....I am beyond excited, just a bit dismayed at the timing. But I'll go less than 30 grams till next thursday to help counter act. I am really craving a milkshake tho. Everyones back loads sound delish esp some sweet potato fries and three amigos! hope everyone has a great weekend!

I wonder how many calories are in a keg? or an 8th of a keg for that matter...

good luck!

For breakfast... 1 chicken fried steak, probably 8oz, with gravy. 2 scrambled eggs. Hash browns. 2 slices of buttered toast. 1 medium glass of milk, and 2 cups of coffee.

Re: The Stuff Your Face Support Thread

I'll see if I can get a picture up of it sometime (need to charge my camera's battery and I can't find the charger), but here is what I ate today.

1 cup of oatmeal watered with 1 cup of water and then microwaved for 2 min. on high.

1 scoop of whey (I like vanilla but it doesn't matter what you use) added and mixed followed by 2 tbs. of peanut butter and cinnamon to my liking.

I also added 1 apple diced and a quarter cup of dry oats to add a little texture change.

So good that it should be labeled a cheat, but it's not!
