Hi,

Im 5' 11" and weigh 78 kg. Have 16% bf.

Im looking at using crossfit to get fit for football (soccer) and lose some bf. Can anyone point me in the right direction of a set workout for this or is it simple as following wod?

What happens if my.gym doesnt cater for some of the exercises and if you cant veg to the gym twice a day?

Sorry if these questions have been asked and answered before,i have just came across crossfit and it interests me!!

Thanks for your help

I am by no means an expert on CF, but I do ref soccer, so I know the demands put on players. I'd do mainsite or affiliate , and then when you get good at it and can bust it out, look into doing CrossFit Endurance. It's like Crossfit, but you get a second WOD that focuses on Endurance later in the day.
