Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

Program....not too sure

Alright I crossfit MWF and then train for half marathon on T TH S S...as far as my crossfit goes I am following main page, I know they do three on one off, should I follow a week behind to ensure I am hitting that programing or what I have been doing is just doing whatever is for that day, if it is an off day, I do the day before...just wondering if it really matters? Thanks in advance

sounds not good now you say it that way!!! I try to take a day or two off during th week. T and TH is not too hard b.c its only 4 miles...but i need to make sure I am tking two days off at least!

you can train 7 days a week. if you vary your intensities you'll be fine. since your goals are endurance and not strength (where extra days off = more strength) you' programming is good.

to address your original question: i would take the three days in a row for 3/1 and then separate them into MWF. so you'll increasingly fall behind the main site, but that's no big deal.
