Re: Ben's "Time to Kill" Log

email #2 sent to your hotmail. ****ka caught on pretty quick. How big is your dogs crate? (it might be too big) Stick that monkey in there for 2 hours or so after hes done playing, and let him go wiz outside immediatly. That is supposed to teach him that peeing where you live is not coo.

Did more ring work today.....Oh so close to a MU! It'll be an ugly one but i could care less!

Also did 5-5-5-5-5 of squats and deadlifts. Wasnt working to max weight, more so on form.

SQ=135lbs all sets
DL=135-185-205-205-205

Re: Ben's "Time to Kill" Log

5 Rounds
25 KB swings (I used a 24kg bell....dont have a 32kg)
25 GHD
25 Back Extensions
25 K2E

Time- 28:43

Forgot to get me split times, oh well. My hands felt like crab claws after finishing this. Rounds 3-4-5 during the KB swings my forearms/hands were screaming around 20-25 reps.

Avg Hr 157, Peak of 180(PR)? lol. 450 cals.

Great workout!!! And I'm not even sore!

Re: Ben's "Time to Kill" Log

5-5-5-5-5-5 Backsquat and Deadlift

Squat:
135-185-185-195-185-135

Deadlift:
135-205-215-225*-215-205-135

*Did 225 1 time. Form was starting to go to crap-unable to have good form for 5 reps, so I called it there.

Onto the rings:

3 x 5 false grip pullups
3 x 10 dips
3 x 10 archer pushups
5 x 5 count archer pushup holds each arm(stay in down position alternating moving arms out)
3 x 5 Skin the cat+inverted pullup (start in hang position go to STC position, then return piked inverted hang and preform a inverted pullup---1rep*I do not go back to the starting position)
3 x 10 Pushup/ring crunch(hands on ground do pushup and pull feet-in-rings into your body)

Also did a little bit of work on basic support....I.E. having my wrists turned out in the dip position instead of toward my body. Tried to hold for 10 seconds with little/no movement.
