Doing some of the last reps in the sets almost lost my grip. It was gettin tough no doubt. Dont have rings yet to do dips with em, but unlike SOME people *cough *cough I used the RX'd weight

Attention to detail young friend. It's straight cleans and then dips...and I did ring dips to boot, so beyahhhh in yo face!

Yeah that was scaled on purpose. If I did reg cleans I probably would have ended up laying on the ground sucking wind with people crowded around me. My rings arrived after I did this WOD, so next time I'll integrate the rings.

Rings are much fun BTW!! Now my arms are sore and hurting....fun.

Yesterday my rings arrived, did about 40 minutes of just basic goofing around getting familiar with the rings


Did this today, didn't time it.

3 Rounds
10 pushup/crunch combo(feet in rings, do pushup then pull knees to chest)
10 KB swings each arm (24kg)
7 Practice muscle ups(tips of toes touching floor providing minimal assistance)
5 Skin the cat

This was just a quick workout I threw together after doing lots of warmup exercises on the rings. Arms were a little sore from the night before.

What up mannnnn. Do a MU yet?! Hey, what did you notice that worked or "stuck" in regards to house training Sitka? Brody does awesome at going outside and inside lol.
