haven't done speed deads, but sounds like a good idea. i'll cycle them in next deadlift day.

Aron,

I've been anxiously awaiting v.2...is there an anticipated release date?

Re: CFSB - Ask your questions here!

I'm just starting CFSB, but I wanted to adjust the programming a bit to fit my needs. My overall goal is to get stronger while maintaining my conditioning, but I also wanted to increase my bench and power clean during my first cycle.

I attached a basic excel spreadsheet with my weekly schedule, and I would appreciate any feedback. Specifically, if my programming for power clean and bench days seem to fit with the rest of the weekly schedule.

Thanks in advance.

Looks pretty good, personally I would cut out the 20 minute metcon that you have planned for the third day. That would still leave you with 4 metcons for the week which will still maintain your conditioning. I would keep all of my metcons at 10 minutes or less. By doing this, I've found that my recovery is better and the shorter metcons don't seem to take away my strength gains. But you can always give it a try the way you have it set up and see how it goes for ya and then make adjustments if needed.

Re: CFSB - Ask your questions here!

Hey guys, first time stopping in here. Very interesting stuff. Iv been asked by some rugby team mates to find an offseason strength/bulking/conditioning program.

We could be going with wendlers 5/3/1 for football, but wanted ur opinions on how effective cfsb would be.

Thanks
Ricky
