Thanks Erin. I felt like my form was relatively efficient but I just wasn't going as fast as I wanted to...probably a lack of conditioning/strength? Must practice!


Aaannnnd, I JUST NOW figured out how to put multiple quotes in the same response. I always saw this "multi-quote" button on the bottom of each response, but I could NOT, for the LIFE of me figure it out. PR workout log knowledge!

Notes:
Squat - Excited for this PR. I did 145x1 the last time we squatted (1/29/10), but depth was shallow so I didn't count it.

Press - WOO FRIGGIN HOO!!!!! I have been stuck at 65x1 since June of 2009! Yes, you read that right. Today, I took Liz's advice from when she maxed her press and skipped my previous PR - went straight from 60->70. The 70 went up really fast! Looks like 70 is the new 65
