Suggestions for pushup replacement in 'Barbara'?

There is NO WAY that I will be able to do pushups tomorrow in Barbara. After the Bench Presses on the 23rd, and the Burpees on the 24th, my chest and shoulders are so incredibly sore that doing pushups is most certainly asking for severe muscle strain or possibly an injury. Any suggestions for what I could sub in? I don't like to sub if I don't have to, but like I said I pretty much have to. Thanks!

Just exclude them if you can't do them. Or add more reps to the other parts of the workout. If you're that messed up just take another rest day or something.

If you're getting crippling soreness you probably should scale workouts in the first place though even with the rest day.
