Rest 20 minutes 300 Double Unders 4:57 (terrible - could not skip to save my life) Rest 20 minutes 4 Rounds: 200m 10 Kettlebells Swings, 16kg/35# 10 Chinups Time: 8:45 (nice and casual - fun!) ![]() |

Jodi (F/36/112.8) AM: Hot Tub/Stretch. Warmup - 2 Rounds of: 5 Burpees + 10 Banded Squats + 20 Banded Lateral Steps + 10 Overhead Press (5kg) + 10 Snatch Grip BTN Press (5kg). "Isabel" 30 Snatches, 43kg/96# Time: 5:02 (PR by 57 seconds) Rest 20 Minutes "Grace" 30 Clean & Jerks, 43kg/96# Time: 5:29 (PR by 33 seconds) Rest 20 Minutes Tabata Intervals on bike trainer - ouch! Wasn't sure what to expect today. I haven't done much barbell conditioning work lately and haven't done a Snatch or Clean & Jerk in over a month. I'm happy! YAY! |

Jodi (F/37/112.5) AM: Hot Tub/Stretch. Warmup: 3 Rounds of: 200m Run + 3 Ring Rows + 3 Pushups + 5 Squats + Chit Chat with the gym crew. ha! "Eva" 5 Rounds: 800m Run 30 Kettlebell Swings (24kg/53#) 30 Chinups Time: 48:34 - PR for time, PR for not tearing and therefore PR for not crying. LOL!! First time doing it with this weight though, in the past I've always used the "guys" weight for the swings so 32kg/70#. It was much nicer with the lighter bell today. ![]() |

Jodi (F/37/115) PM: Hot Tub/Stretch. Warmup: 3 Rounds: 20 Double Unders + 10 Banded Squats + 20 Banded Lateral Steps + 5 Ring Chinups + 5 Ring Dips. Squats 103kg/228# x2. Weighted Strict Chinups 32kg/71# x1- PR for Strict (sorry for the ****ty camera angle. ha!). Also did 34kg & 35kg but had a little "pop" at the end to get my chin over. 30 Muscleups: Time: 6:03 - PR and no false grip. I may suck at squats but I'm good at other stuff. ![]() |

Jodi (F/37/111.5#) PM: Hot Tub/Stretch. Warmup: Hip Stuff Crow Stuff 10 Burpees + 10 Squats + 10 Lunges + 10 Chinups + 10 Pushups + 10 Situps. Squats 50kgx8 60kgx8 70kgx8 80kgx8x3 (177#) Split Squats 20kgx12 (per side) 30kgx12x3 (per side) (67#) "Grace" 30 Clean & Jerks, 43kg/96# Time: 5:57 or 6:08. I'm 99% sure I did 31 reps in 6:08. If so, then my 30 rep time was 5:57. (PR is 5:29). I really took my time, I expected it to be much slower. ![]() |

"Fran" 21-15-9: Thrusters, 30kg/67# Chinups Time: 5:13 - Fastest time since Sept 2010. ha! Did everything unbroken, lots of rest. ![]() |
