glute ham sit up sub

my gym doesn't have the glute ham machine. i do have a back extenion machine that might work for a sub. any other suggestions? thanks in advance!

That is from the fact sections, but I use the swiss ball with feet hooked under my coffee table, it works pretty good.

Lat pull down machine. Face out, calves under pads. Put ball out couple of feet from edge of pad. Bend over and rebound from ball as necessary. Modified hamstring curl but works
