I forgot my watch because I'm dumb - had to use the wall clock. Did the sit ups with my feet anchored this time and it took 3:24 less.

I got a new pair of adistars and the heels at .5" shorter than my old doo wins...I almost ate **** a few times but I like the new kicks.
