95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

Total: 9 rounds + 5 + 7 + 5 reps

Lots to drink and no sleep from Thursday on has me at rock bottom. Today was the closest I've ever come to getting sick while working out.

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.


Total: 15 rounds + 12


My grip endurance is way down from a while ago. Gotta hit the bodyweight stuff.
