Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats


Total: 20 rounds + 3 pull ups


My push ups were miserable today. Down 4 rounds from my PR in April. I think it's time to do more metcon and lose some of the strength work. I'm up to 192 lbs, anyway...too much I think.

Yesterday:


With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.


8 minutes + 7 reps

Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

4:27
2:24
1:28
3:02
5:21
1:35

Total: 25:23


PR by 4 minutes. My double unders are a lot better since the last time I did this.

Three rounds for time of:
Row 500 meters
21 kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
12 pull ups

Round 1: 3:41
Round 2: 4:16
Round 3: 4:10

Total: 12:08


This was WAY harder than regular Helen.

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
135 pound Power cleans, 3 reps
6 Push-ups
9 Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

Round 1: 4 + 4 squats
Round 2: 5
Round 3: 4 + 3 squats
Round 4: 4 + 1 clean
Round 5: 4



Not easy at all.

This was one of the hardest things I've ever done.
