Day 2 On the Zone.. I am stuffed!
Please double check my zone logic.
139 lbs lean body mass
28% BF (per zone calculator, and I think it's close, given how crummy I look right now)
5'7" - 189 (down from 193 two weeks ago)
I started out 2 weeks ago on a restricted calorie Atkins approach, no intent to o it long term, but just to jump start. Did pretty well, no hunger etc. But my WOD on Sunday bonked!
OK sez I, let's get real about the Zone. I need CARBS.
According to Dr, Sears, I am a 14 blocker.
Today's lunch: 4 blocks
4 oz combined of deli turkey and roast
3 cups romaine
1 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup white grapes
1/3 cup kidney beans
4 blocks olive oil
Does this look right for a 4 block meal? I -think- it's right.
It is a chore to get all this down! I am full. Not uncomfortably so, but quite full.
Really just looking for a sanity check on my meal prep.
I feel very good, and alert, and do not get hungry in 4 hours, but by 5 hours, I am a bit peckish. So e'thing "feels" right.

Welcome to the Zone.
Yes, vegetables are a ton! They need to be, because they have a ton of fiber.
