That article has excellent visual arguments for what can be accomplished in three months with proper diet and a little exercise for both men and women.

Looks like it was a couple of years, actually.

Edit: Hmm, never mind. Art gives a different number in the article, but the actual document says three months. My bad.

The nutrition plan was Paleo / EF. What's "EF"? Is it like IF? Intermittent fasting? I'd research it on my own, but it's too short a term to get search results..
