Re: Evening Workouts
I love the late evening workouts vs. the early morning workouts. I usually do 5PM but lately 7-9PM has been good. Go home eat, watch a little of the tube and fall asleep warn out.
I am sure its an individual thing. When I get up at 5AM to workout at 6:30 the weights feel heavy and my motivation is low. Def have to have a partner who is going for it to get me in the mood. |
