Nik - I did start an additional 2x per week Olympic weightlifting class which has increased the frequency of overhead and front squatting. It may have helped. My intention has been to add in an additional back squat workout on Saturdays during open gym time, but my schedule hasn't allowed me to be consistent with it.

Congrats on the progress. My numbers are quite a ways below yours, I've been going to crossfit for about 1 year now, and I'm just starting to shift from surviving the WODs to RXing most of them and improving my times, etc. I don't really have anything to contribute, but it's been interesting reading the responses - I'm wanting to do more than just the WODs now, mix in some strength training. My squats have been steadily increasing, for me it's my bench press that I feel should have gotten better.
