Re: Anyone using the Nutribullet ?

I use mine to make a juice/smoothie for after breakfast. I usually throw in spinach/frozen strawberries & blueberries/spoon full of peanut butter. Then I just fill it up with water.
My breakfast consist of eggs, bacon, and sometimes toast. I will have my juice about 1/2 hour after.
Thats all I use it for, I've had it for about a 1 1/2 yrs.

Re: Anyone using the Nutribullet ?

Ive contemplated buying a nice processor several times, but it really comes down to the point that i probably wouldnt use it after a week or so. Im not a huge fan of frozen type drinks, like "protein shakes" or smoothies. Ive seen some really good soup recipes that use big chunks of veggies and spices that you roast and then blend to make soup, but i doubt it would get used that much.

Re: Anyone using the Nutribullet ?

Im looking for a real simple but effective blender for my bulletproof coffee. I need no fancy 100 horsepower that can break ice, just need something simple and cheap.

Any ideas?

For BP coffee a hand blender is fast, easy and cheap.

For example: http://www.amazon.com/Proctor-Silex-...dp/B006JXXBZ8/ (wfs)

Re: Anyone using the Nutribullet ?

I actually just bought a Nutribullet this past weekend and I have been impressed with how well and quickly it blends ice, frozen bananas etc. Not to mention it is much easier to clean compared to my Ninja Blender system.

Re: Anyone using the Nutribullet ?

Just go for it and get the Vitamix Personal Blender. It's cheaper than their other options and blends everything.

You're comparing something for $400 vs something for $50-100 depending on what site your on.

If you put your blender through the paces, crush ice with it, etc then it would probably be worth it to just buy a vitamix because you would burn through multiple of the cheaper ones. For light use though it is complete overkill.
