Snatch PR technique

Some still frames from a recent snatch PR (133kg), just thought it was interesting. Feel free to comment.

Pic number five you should already be under the bar in the catch position.

Pic number six you need to extend your knees further over your toes. You may want to try spreading your feet wider on the catch.
