I'm kind of a spaz when it comes to the foot positions for the split jerk. I almost never have a problem with jerks and the power jerk positions are easier for me.

I'm not completely sure why my jerks are so good, I just assume its because of my speed under. My shoulder strength sucks (read 77kg press).

I was under the impression that the jerk is mostly leg strength and speed, so I guess this kind of validates it. Out of curiosity, what do you front/back squat right now to get this 280 total?

The jerk, or any of the olympic lifts for that matter, is all about how low you can catch and how fast you can get into position. The lower you can catch the bar and the faster you can get there, the shorter the distance that you have to move the bar. The shorter the distance you have to move the bar, the more weight you can move.

The power jerk is actually much faster to get into, because the feet don't move nearly as much (or in some cases at all). Pyrros Dimas is a classic example of an elite level lifter who favors the power jerk. The split jerk has become the preferred method due to the fact that it is slightly more stable, allowing for minor adjustments if the bar is slightly forward or behind, and allows most athletes to get in a lower position more easily than the power jerk. Also, with the added benefit of having both legs under you, a technically proficient power jerker with good flexibility should theoretically be able to stand-up more weight than a split jerker.
